Pasta masterclass at Senatoriu Pasazas – September 24th

Join Chef Matteo for this fresh pasta masterclass and learn the basics of traditional egg pasta.

You will leave the class with three portions of freshly handmade pasta. During the masterclass you learn how to make Tagliatelle, Farfalle, Garganelli and many other shapes.

We will start the class with a glass of wine selected by the Head Sommelier of Taures, Senator’s Passage wine bar.

In this masterclass you will learn how t0:
-prepare the traditional egg pasta,
-make Tagliatelle entirely by hand,
-use a pasta machine and other traditional pasta tools,
-prepare different pasta shapes like Garganelli, Tagliatelle, Tajarin, Cappelli del Brigante,
-correctly cook and store fresh pasta.

The masterclass will last approximately 1.5h.
Children are welcome to join with a parent.

The masterclass will be hosted at Senatorių Pasažas, a historical mansion in the heart of Vilnius Old Town dedicated to quality food.

Beginners are welcome. No previous culinary skills are needed.
