You will be discovering all the techniques and secrets behind the most iconic Italian dish cooking with a professional chef in a fully equipped culinary studio.
You will share the experience with a small group of people that have the same strong passions for good food and conviviality. Everyone will make their own pizza and be involved in the cooking process!
Our evening will start with us preparing a “Spritz” cocktail following the original Venetian recipe. We will then put on our aprons and get ready to get our hands dirty!
The whole mood will be friendly and informal as the main goal is to have fun preparing a delicious food together.
You will have the chance to see what happens “behind the curtains” of an Italian kitchen and learn all the tricks from an experienced chef.
Together we will prepare:
–Aperol Spritz, the real Venetian’s way;
–Aperitivo snacks;
–Pizza, in a real pizza oven;
–”Cantucci” almond biscuits;
Matteo will send all the recipes by email so you will be able to prepare pizza at home, sharing with your friends and family the same great experience of cooking and eating together.
